Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) is a new type of disease that attacks the human respiratory tract and became a world health problem that occurred in early 2020. Many countries in the world have carried out promotive and preventive efforts to overcome the impact of Covid-19. with the exception of the countries of Indonesia and Malaysia which issued policies to decide the spread of Covid-19. This study examines how to prevent and control the spread of Covid-19 in Indonesia and Malaysia which is viewed from various legal perspectives. This study uses a qualitative approach, the data used include primary and secondary data that support the validity of the research results with data collection methods using document studies and interviews modified by researchers in accordance with health protocols and carried out in stages and as a follow-up to the data obtained from the research process. document study.
