Peranan Para Hafizah Alumni Pondok Pesantren Bidayatul Hidayah Mojogeneng dalam Pemberdayaan Ritual Keagamaan di Masyarakat

The objectives of this study are: 1) To describe the role of Islamic boarding school alumni in empowering religious rituals in society. 2) Describe the activities of empowering religious rituals in the community. 3) Describe the community's perception of the role of Islamic boarding school alumni in empowering religious rituals in society. This research is a qualitative ethnographic type. And the research instrument is the researcher himself involving the head of hafi?ah coordinator in 2010, 2011, 2012 and the surrounding community. Data analysis in the field used the Milles Hubermen model, namely reduction, display and verification. The results of the study were concluded as follows: 1) The role of the alumni of Bidayatul Islamic Boarding School alumni in empowering religious rituals in Pacet and Kutorejo Districts is as follows: a. Alquran (TPQ) Baitul Muslimin in Kedung hug, Kuripan sari, Pacet. b) Acting as a branch Muslim administrator in the Kedung Peluk community, Kuripan sari, Pacet. c) Acting as the administrator of the Bustanut Tarbiyah Islamic and Social Education Institute (LPIS) in Ngudi, Pesanggrahan, Kutorejo. d) Acting as Ustadzah at TPQ and Madrasah Diniyah Bustanut Tarbiyah in Ngudi, Pesanggrahan, Kutorejo. e) Acting as the Coordinator of the Tahfidzul Qur'an Program at LPIS Bustanut Tarbiyah in Ngudi, Pesanggrahan, Kutorejo. f) Acting as NU Fatayat Administrator. g) Acting as JHQ Pacet Management at Treceh Sajen Mojokerto. h) Acting as Ustadzah Diniyah and TPQ in Treceh Sajen Mojokerto. i) as Ustadzah the art of reading the Koran (Qiro'ah) in three TPQs in Treceh Sajen Mojokerto. 2) The activities of empowering religious rituals in the communities of Pacet and Kutorejo Districts are as follows: a) empowerment while maintaining existing religious ritual activities in the form of tahlil, diba'iyah and khotmil in the communities of Pacet and Kutorejo Districts. b) empowerment by developing religious ritual activities in the form of advanced Madrasah Diniyah programs and additional Istighosah and Tahlil Kubro activities in the communities of Pacet and Kutorejo Districts. c) empowerment by reactivating religious ritual activities in the form of a long vacuum IIPNU prayer session in the communities of Pacet and Kutorejo Districts. 3) Public perceptions about the role of hafiah alumni of the Bidayatul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School in empowering religious rituals in society are summarized as follows: Perceptions given by the majority of society support and assess what hafiah does, according to the community the role of hafiah is positive and very beneficial to society. The community has even entrusted the hafi?ah to carry out various activities and educational institutions there, so that people don't hesitate to involve their children in these activities. Because according to them hafi?ah has an active character in participating, and has a good attitude, polite, polite, tenacious, diligent and responsible in carrying out the mandate given by the community.
