Imam is equivalent to ruler, followed by, leader, and head of "Wilayah" and "Wali" (governor general) taken from the same root word, meaning ruler, amir, and governor. "Emirate" (possession of command) also means the rulers, rules and governments that have changed life and the way of living it in the future, namely the spiritual value of faith. 2) The Islamic leadership model cannot be separated from the participatory/consultative (autocratic-shura) style if you want to follow the spirit and essence of Islam. The concepts of Ijtihad and Shura (musyawarah, dialog) are expressions of a dialogical consultative model such as (Qs. Asy Syuura [42]: 38) which emphasizes the importance of this approach to engaging with differences with a deliberative framework by demanding that believers obey their leaders. (Surah An Nisaa '[4]: 59) with a prophetic-caliphal model of leadership. this style includes personalism, individualism, lack of institutions, and the importance of "great man"
Joko Wiyono Copyright (c) 2020 JEBDEER: Journal of Entrepreneurship, Business Development and Economic Educations Research http://jurnal.stitradenwijaya.ac.id/index.php/jbr/article/view/236 Mon, 07 Dec 2020 00:00:00 -0600 Islamic Leadership Style Memoderasi Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen dalam Organisasi Terhadap Etika Kerja http://jurnal.stitradenwijaya.ac.id/index.php/jbr/article/view/237
Islam is a religion that regulates all the daily affairs of human life, including in organizations concerning leadership style, commitment, and work ethics and satisfaction in the organization. Islamic economic system appears to characterize the various economic systems. The purpose of this study To examine how the adoption and adaptation of the past and present leadership styles of the Prophet Muhammad in the Islamic economy through the world economic system. This research uses a qualitative analytic descriptive approach. The data collection was done by using the documentation study technique. Data analysis using qualitative analysis approaches and techniques. The results of this study conclude as follows: 1. The development and maintenance of an elusive 'dominant ideology' that is ultimately colored by continuous political conflict and is damaged by the global economy so that the global demand for labor is not fulfilled. The Muslim workforce will most likely prove attractive to capitalists, because Muslims are disciplined, reliable and totality so that the future of the capitalist economy is colored by an Islamic economy which is adopted and adapted from the guidance of the Prophet Muhammad. 2. Mainstream aggregation Neoclassical economics is unable to sincerely define, explain and apply ethical endogeneity derived from moral law in a sustainable manner, therefore a causal relationship between moral law, ethics, and the world system is only possible in the methodology of the Islamic worldview that has been implemented by the Prophet Muhammad SAW. 3. The change that modernity has been in line with social conflicts around Islam, namely, the rise of Islamic actors in the global economic system, and the decline of the bureaucracy which has experienced a shift in domination and social significance for modernity and nationalism towards Islamic reform as expressed in the Medina charter for example. 4. The nationalist economic system is a system that fails with their collective efforts to grapple with a new identity in the political and economic system such as the call for ethnopolitical solidarity, revealed two general themes of its depravity, namely the driving force of claims for equality and human dignity and the spread of the struggle to control dispossession and distribution of political and economic resources by the state. 5. The belief that Islamic economics does have the potential to make valuable contributions to economics as a normative science. Its implementation needs to broaden the conceptualization of an interest-free economy by going beyond the phases of apologetic practice and developing its own character.
Cindy Maharati Copyright (c) 2020 JEBDEER: Journal of Entrepreneurship, Business Development and Economic Educations Research http://jurnal.stitradenwijaya.ac.id/index.php/jbr/article/view/238 Mon, 07 Dec 2020 00:00:00 -0600 Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Islamic Work Ethic terhadap Loyalitas Pegawai http://jurnal.stitradenwijaya.ac.id/index.php/jbr/article/view/239
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction simultaneously, partially and dominantly from the variables of job satisfaction and Islamic work ethics on employee loyalty. Allah SWT created human beings who are present with a soul, emotion, care, and love for something beautiful. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the methodological prescriptions of the development of Islamic economic theory in dealing with innate human weaknesses. This study uses a qualitative-inductive approach. Data were collected using literature study techniques and documentation studies. Secondary data source used. Then, the data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis approaches and techniques. Based on the discussion, the results of the research can be concluded as follows: 1) The elimination of strong, centralized and integrated moral control over churches and institutions that oppress them, especially the paradigm of religious judgment in Western economic thought (such as human economic behavior) is incapable of understanding moral rules leading to the current crisis. Kahneman began studying psychology and behavioral economics. By showing that psychological motivation determines people's behavior, and this motivation is important for economic phenomena. The main point here is the discovery of law, which regulates human economic behavior through moral control imposed by primitive Islamic sources, and has become the main method dictated by the automatic control system of classical Islamic sources founded some 1400 years ago. Therefore, the essence of capitalism with moral control is adopting from Islam. 2) In Islam, all actions are based on the fact that the Qur'an and the Sunnah divide into two areas of rules and moral values, the first is to develop the rational ability to understand moral propositions and prescribed rules, and use them in negotiations. Ability to negotiate and face decisions. Second, from the depths of the individual (nafs) to the depths of the universe, organize and determine the area of ??human observation, intelligence, and reason.
Mochamad Noval Nasrudin Copyright (c) 2020 JEBDEER: Journal of Entrepreneurship, Business Development and Economic Educations Research http://jurnal.stitradenwijaya.ac.id/index.php/jbr/article/view/240 Mon, 07 Dec 2020 00:00:00 -0600
